Since our inception in 2002 we have increased revenues by more than 300% but our true measurement of success is our ability to deliver qualified candidates to our clients within 10 business days of receipt of a job order. Our 2004 year end results for SPAN on cycle time was less than 8.1 business days, and our placement ratio was 1 placement for every 2.9 candidates submitted.
Prior to launching MAC I was an Executive Senior Partner at The Lucas Group for more than 3 years where I built the Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution verticals for the company. The revenues generated through my leadership within the specific verticals placed my group in the top 10 in the world.
Prior to being recruited by The Lucas Group, I held various positions within MRI during a career spanning more than 4 years where I was ranked 9th in the world out of 5,000 executive recruiters in annual revenues generated.
My background is based in the transportation industry where I owned a solid waste disposal company in New Jersey for more than 12 years until Waste Management approached me with an opportunity to sell my firm in 1995.
