A message from CEO, Jeff Chaponick

More than 20 years ago, I retired from a successful career in one industry and launched my “bonus” career as a recruiter from a one-bedroom apartment in North Texas. Now, MAC Executive Recruiters serves people all over the world from multiple locations.

What a journey it has been! There were many twists and turns along the way, but I feel extremely blessed to have assembled a team — my partners, my family — who believes in our plan and in me.

I love what I do as CEO of MAC Executive Recruiters. To put it simply, I get to go to work every day and help partners and candidates solve their problems — one relationship at a time. I am thrilled by the challenge of it all, plus I find it absolutely rewarding.

What we do here is life-changing for many people, so I am proud of the impact we have had on our partners and candidates, which also includes the diversity community.

I look forward to the future of MAC Executive Recruiters, and I can’t wait to see how much farther we will go in this ever-evolving business.
